ANSWER: Each Active Member receives $1,500 of entitlement for legal services tied to their particular case. This is a per occurrence benefit.

ANSWER: This figure represents the deductible required from the national associations legal assistance programs. The national associations provide $1,000 of support per year of membership.

4. What legal areas of employment are covered under ASA Legal Services?

ANSWER: Legal assistance is provided to ASA Active Members for matters relating to employment and contractual agreements.

5. What specific areas are not covered under ASA Legal Services?
